To get some peace from it, what do we do?
We annoy others using subtle to deliberately planned tactics.
This tactic gives us peace from our insecurities.
Where do these insecurities come from?
They come from our society.
So what do we do now, throw everything away?

The curious thing is, what he explains is exactly what arose for me with awakening.
We can all attain it.
There's no need to meditate or pray a mantra.
