This scene from #SouthPark

encapsulates your potential.
Cartman is supposed to receive help with his upbringing, but he eventually ends up with a dog trainer the only one left after numerous attempts in which he drove his various psychological counselors to the brink of insanity.
This dog trainer empowered his mother to assert authority over Cartman.
For the first time, his mother achieved something she never thought possible. Cartman, however, understood this boundary-setting all too well and decided, right then and there, to kill his mother.

After his buddies refused to take on the job, he realized he would have to do it himself. He grabbed a knife and some paper towels and went into his single mother's bedroom. He loomed over her, intending as always to dominate her, but this time to remove her from his path once and for all.
At that moment, his two sides emerged: the evil side, naturally, urged him to go through with it. The good side, however, reminded him that the world did not revolve solely around him. Suddenly, the world no longer revolved around him alone.
This is the moment where the series subtly demonstrates what it means to wake up from the Matrix to truly understand, for the very first time.
I scoured YouTube for this scene... but couldn't find anything.
So, does absolutely nothing from this scene exist anywhere in the entire YouTube cosmos the scene where Cartman finally grasps that the world doesn't revolve solely around him?
It clearly illustrates what it means to wake up from the Matrix.
It really is true: when you make peace with your parents and refuse to let them trigger you, you expand your very being.
That is when you truly become an adult. ツ
